On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated February 14, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, granted that branch of the motion by Maribel Nieves which was to enlarge the record, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated June 22, 2006, and an order of the same court dated December 15, 2006, is amended by deleting from the preamble and the last decretal paragraph the date "June 26, 2007 ", and substituting therefor the date "June 26, 2006".
