| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for reconsideration of an opinion and order of this court dated July 10, 2007, which disbarred the respondent and struck his name from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, "effective immediately," based upon his conviction of a felony, and upon reconsideration, to modify such opinion and order to the extent that the respondent's disbarment be made effective as of September 29, 2005, the date of his conviction. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 26, 1995, under the name Daivery Gerard Taylor.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion, it is
ORDERED that the motion for reconsideration is granted, and, upon reconsideration, the opinion and order dated July 10, 2007, is amended by deleting from the first and third decretal paragraphs thereof the words "effective immediately" and substituting therefor the words "effective as of September 29, 2005."
