It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of vacating the dismissal order and re-instating the appeal on condition that the appellant perfects her appeal by no later than the June term - the filing deadline is April 8, 2008. No further extension of time to perfect the appeal will be granted. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, the petitioner-landlord may, after April 9, 2008, submit an order to this court requesting the dismissal of the appeal.
