An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on December 30, 2006, and the law guardian having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her reply brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of A. J. Bosman, Esq., dated January 29, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Thomas L. Atkinson, Esq., dated January 29, 2008, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the law guardian submit ten copies of her reply brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before February 28, 2008, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
