Appellant having moved for permission to proceed pro se on the appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on September 5, 2006, and for further relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Kenneth Barksdale, dated December 26, 2007, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted to the extent that the order of this Court entered May 3, 2007 is vacated, and appellant may prosecute his appeal as a poor person pro se, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the County of Monroe is hereby directed to provide appellant with copies of all papers and stenographic transcripts, digitally recorded or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
