Motion by the appellant to enjoin the respondents from selling or transferring title to the subject property pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 10, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the respondents are enjoined from selling or transferring title to the subject property, located at Sound Avenue, Riverhead, tax map number 0600-017.00-01.00-006.000, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
