Appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered August 31, 2006, and September 7, 2006, respectively.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 29, 2007, in the above-entitled action is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the words "a replacement appendix and brief" and substituting therefor the words "a replacement or supplemental appendix and a replacement brief".
