Appeal by Michelle L. Mignano from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated July 30, 2007. By decision and order on motion dated January 10, 2008, the appellant was given until February 5, 2008, to perfect the above-entitled appeal. The appeal has not been perfected.
