| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Edmund O. E. from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated August 15, 2000, and an order of the same court dated January 8, 2008.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated August 15, 2000, which awarded temporary support (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-01015) is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that it is not an order of disposition (see Family Ct Act § 1112[a]), and we decline to grant leave to appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated August 15, 2000, which made a declaration of paternity (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-01017) is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the order appealed from is duplicative of the order appealed from under Appellate Division Docket No. 2001-11094, which appeal was determined by decision and order of this court dated June 1, 2002.
