On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated December 24, 2007, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 24, 1997, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Kings County", and substituting therefor the words "Queens County".
