ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by Joseph Frazzetta and Regina Frazzetta on an appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 20, 2007, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated December 14, 2007, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated July 20, 2007. Separate application by P.C. Celano Contracting, Ann Cavasinni, and Victor Cavasinni, in effect, to enlarge the time of P.C. Celano Contracting and Ann Cavasinni to serve and file an answering brief with respect to the order dated July 20, 2007, and to enlarge the time of the defendants-respondents and the nonparty-respondent to serve and file a brief with respect to both appeals.

ORDERED that the application of Joseph Frazzetta and Regina Frazzetta is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated July 20, 2007, is enlarged until March 24, 2008, and the joint record on the appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the brief of Joseph Frazzetta and Regina Frazzetta must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application of P.C. Celano Contracting, Ann Cavasinni, and Victor Cavasinni is denied as premature.
