Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 29, 2007 The motion for assignment of counsel was granted on December 26, 2007, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal on behalf of Marvin J.:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
