ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this court dated February 25, 2008, in the above-entitled appeal which granted an application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated July 13, 2007, and a judgment of the same court dated November 8, 2007, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 13, 2007" and substituting therefor the date "July 9, 2007".
