On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated February 22, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the appellant pro se for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief and for leave to file an appendix in connection with his supplemental brief, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 31, 2005, is amended by adding to the end of the last decretal paragraph after the word "brief", the words "is denied".
