DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 22, 2006. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with additional minutes to aid in preparation of his supplemental pro se brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before June 24, 2008; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to be provided with additional minutes to aid in preparation of the appellant's supplemental pro se brief is denied with leave to renew on or before April 10, 2008, upon proper papers setting forth the issues he plans to raise based upon the requested transcripts and the dates of the proceedings before Justice Barry Kron for which the transcripts are sought.
