Mautner-Glick Corp. v Soto, Flora

It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction until after April 9, 2008. This is to afford the appellant a final opportunity to perfect the appeal in this nuisance hold-over proceeding and thereafter, renew this application for a continuation of the stay. In the event accruing use and occupancy is not tendered on each subsequent rental due date, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay and permitting the warrant of eviction to be executed prior to April 10, 2008.
