Appellant having moved to vacate dismissal of the appeal taken from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 30, 2006, and to consolidate that appeal with appeals from orders of the same Court entered April 18, 2007 (Docket No. CA 08-00207), September 7, 2007 (Docket No. CA 08-00208), September 10, 2007 (Docket No. CA 08-00209), and September 11, 2007 (Docket No. CA 08-00210),
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Kevin Patrick Brady dated
January 21, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, denied.
Memorandum: Claimant has failed to set forth sufficient facts to demonstrate a meritorious appeal from the order of the Court of Claims entered October 30, 2006 (see 22 NYCRR 1000.13 [g]), and has failed to submit proof that he filed and served notices of appeal from the orders of the court entered April 18, 2007, September 7, 2007, September 10, 2007, and September 11, 2007.
