Motion by Page Transportation, Inc., Keith Titus Corporation, and the Estate of Clair L. Kerrick, Sr., to calendar an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 28, 2006, with an appeal from an order of the same court dated October 12, 2007, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as the appeals have been placed on this court's calendar for Monday March 3, 2008.
