Appeal by Edward L. Brown from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 21, 2007. By order to show cause dated January 31, 2008, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the attorney assigned by order on certification dated November 21, 2007, to represent the respondent on the appeal, on the ground that the attorney has been unable to contact the respondent, and relieving the attorney of the assignment.
On the court's own motion, and no papers having been the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment to represent the respondent on the above-entitled appeal.
