Motion by the appellant to stay the respondent Bethpage Water District from taking any action "in furtherance of" a public contract with the respondent Wire to Water Electric of New York, Inc., pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 14, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
