| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to correct a typographical error in a decision and order of this court dated December 11, 2007, which determined appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 27, 2006, for leave to reargue the appeals, or for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order dated December 11, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to correct a typographical error in the decision and order dated December 11, 2007, is granted, and the decision and order dated December 11, 2007, is amended by deleting from the last sentence of the final paragraph on page three the words "tax lien" and substituting therefor the words "tax deed"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
