| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Westchester County, both rendered September 18, 2006, on the ground that assigned counsel has not provided the appellant with a copy of the transcript of the felony hearing, for the assignment of counsel, and to be provided with a copy of the transcript of the felony hearing.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to the appellant pro se making a motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief after assigned counsel has perfected the appeals.
