Motion by the appellant to withdraw an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered May 21, 2007, and to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal is deemed withdrawn, and counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal is relieved.
