Application by the appellant-respondent on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 16, 2007, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 22, 2008, as amended January 28, 2008, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order upon perfection of the appeal on or before February 13, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this court dated January 22, 2008, as amended January 28, 2008, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the dates: February 13, 2008, March 14, 2008, April 14, 2008, April 24, 2008, and May 5, 2008, and substituting therefor the dates: March 26, 2008, April 29, 2008, May 28, 2008, June 9, 2008, and June 24, 2008, respectively.
