Motion by the Law Guardian to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated August 28, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the Law Guardian, Michael J. Tomkovitch, Esq., Route 376, P.O. Box 123, Hopewell Junction, New York 12533, is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new Law Guardian herein assigned; and it is further,
