On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion in the above-entitled case dated February 21, 2008, is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the attorney for the respondent to be relieved of an assignment to represent the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated November 15, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
