On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated January 11, 2008, in the above-entitled case, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered March 6, 2007, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "to dispense with printing" and substituting therefor the words "for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, for free transcripts,".
