Motion by the appellant pro se for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated January 3, 2006, which denied his motion for resentencing pursuant to the Drug Law Reform Act of 2005 (L 2005, ch 643).
