Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, entered December 4, 2007, inter alia, to bar the respondent "from further submission of papers," to hold the respondent and certain attorneys in contempt, and to impose a sanction upon the respondent and certain attorneys.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
