DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by counsel assigned to make any additional motions or applications deemed necessary, including a motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this court dated June 26, 2007, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered September 28, 2005, to be relieved and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking an extension of time in the Court of Appeals to submit a letter in support of the appellant's pro se motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals.
