An application having been made for an order granting leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Erie County Court entered in the Erie County Clerk's Office on October 24, 2007, as a poor person, and for other relief,
It is hereby ORDERED that said application be and the same hereby is granted to the extent that the appeal herein may be prosecuted upon one record as defined by 22 NYCRR 1000.3(c)(1) and ten copies of the appellant's brief, reproduced in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1000.4(f); and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the County of Erie is hereby directed to furnish Thomas J. Eoannou, Esq., Cornell Mansion, 484 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, New York 14202, with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic minutes, if any, of all proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office; and
It is further ORDERED that appellant shall file such papers and transcripts in the Office of the Clerk of this Court at the time he files his briefs, together with proof of service of one copy of the brief on the District Attorney and this appeal will not be placed on the court calendar until such time as the transcripts and briefs are so filed.
