| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 18, 2008, and November 21, 2007, respectively, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated February 1, 2008, as conditioned a stay of all proceedings in the above-entitled action, upon her perfection of the appeals on or before March 3, 2008, for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, so much of the decision and order on motion dated February 1, 2008, as stayed all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals is vacated for failure to perfect the appeals in accordance with the decision and order on motion dated February 1, 2008.
MASTRO, J.P., FISHER, CARNI and McCARTHY, JJ., concur.
