Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 31, 2007, to stay all proceedings in an action entitled Ruffino v City of New York, pending in the Supreme Court, Queens County, under Index No. 19167/07, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings in the action entitled Ruffino v City of New York, pending in the Supreme Court, Queens County, under Index No. 19167/07, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
