ORDERED that on the court's own motion the decision and order on motion dated February 19, 2008, in the above-entitled appeal from an amended order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated May 24, 2007, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the following language "Court's Motion to Relieve Counsel of Assignment and to Assign New Counsel - Family Court".
