Appeals by Susan Nusbaum from a decision of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated December 6, 2007, and an order of disposition of the same court dated December 7, 2007.

ORDERED that the appeal from the decision pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-01045 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Family Ct Act § 1112).
