2008-01270, 2008-01271, 2008-01272, 2008-01273, 2008-01274 In the Matter of Neil M. Siskind, respondent, v Courtney A. Schael, appellant. (Docket No. V-07484/03)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Courtney A. Schael from five orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 14, 2003, October 6, 2005, October 18, 2005, April 4, 2007, and December 31, 2007, respectively.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals from the orders dated August 14, 2003, and April 4, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2008-01270 and 2008-01273), are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as those orders are not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted (see Family Ct Act § 1112); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated October 6, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-01271), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as that appeal is a duplicate of an appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-10598, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated October 17, 2006 (see Matter of Siskind v Schael, 33 AD3d 806); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated October 18, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-01272), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as that appeal is a duplicate of an appeal pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-09584; by decision and order on motion dated November 1, 2005, the appellant's motion for leave to appeal from that order was denied.
FISHER, J.P., CARNI, BALKIN and LEVENTHAL, JJ., concur.
