It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction until after March 13, 2008. This is to afford the appellant a second final opportunity to perfect the appeal from a judgment, dated May 22, 2007, in this holdover licensee proceeding. Once the appeal is noticed for the next available term, the appellant may renew this application to re-instate the stay pending the determination of a perfected appeal.
