Ordered that the motion is denied without prejudice to renew upon a more complete affidavit that sets forth the dollar amounts in the bank accounts. The Appellate Term Clerk's Office is directed to provide appellant with a "poor person" affidavit form. The appellant should pay particular attention to 7-C of said application as to income verses expenses.
