On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated February 26, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by the respondents, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 11, 2007, and April 12, 2007, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the word "appellant," and substituting therefor the word "respondents."
