It is Ordered that the motion for a stay of the attorneys' fee hearing is granted on condition that the appeal is perfected by the June 2008 term - the filing deadline is April 8, 2008. In the event of appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing condition, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay of the attorneys' fee hearing.
