| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioners, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue their proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 in the nature of prohibition and mandamus, inter alia, to compel the respondent John M. Galasso, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, to vacate certain orders issued pursuant to CPL 330.20 and to prohibit the respondents from seeking any additional orders pursuant to CPL 330.20, which was determined by decision and judgment dated June 12, 2007, and for " poor persons' status."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for " poor persons' status" is granted to the extent that the fee for filing this motion is waived and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
