Motion by the petitioners-respondents on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 24, 2007, to supplement the joint record on appeal with the cover page and page 8 of the Memorandum of Law of the appellant Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mamaroneck, dated January 8, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before March 12, 2008, the petitioners-respondents shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the cover page and page 8 of the Memorandum of Law of the appellant Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mamaroneck, dated January 8, 2007.
