It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the re-letting of the apartment until after March 18, 2008. If, by said date, the February and March "use and occupancy" of $568- per month, has been tendered to the petitioner, then the appellant may renew this application for a further continuation of the stay of the reletting of the premises beyond March 18, 2008. The appeal may proceed on the original record and typewritten briefs.
