Motion by the appellants pro se Nora Lucas, Anthony Weiner, Jeffrey Falk, Martha McCarthy Falk, and Stuart Tiekert, on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered October 23, 2007, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal.
