Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered May 5, 2003, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated February 6, 2007, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated March 30, 2005, which was determined by decision and order of this court also dated February 6, 2007.
