An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on December 20, 2006, and an application having been made by Linda Gehron, Esq., for substitution of counsel as Law Guardian for Cearrah W.,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Linda Gehron, Esq., dated March 6, 2008,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application be and the same hereby is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Susan B. Marris, Esq., P.O. Box 136, Manlius, New York 13104-0136, is hereby assigned as law guardian for Cearrah W. on the appeal taken herein; and
It is further ORDERED that the law guardian submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before April 23, 2008, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
