Appellant having renewed the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Orleans on April 10, 2007, and for assignment of counsel, and having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Michael S. Schneider sworn to
February 6, 2008 and February 11, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that appellant is granted permission to proceed as a poor person and the date for appellant to perfect the appeal is extended to June 10, 2008, and the motion is otherwise denied.
