Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 7, 2007, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to pay partial arrears in the sum of $10,000 to purge his contempt pursuant to the order dated December 7, 2007, is extended until March 20, 2008.
