| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Ajit Antony, Mahesh Kinkhabwala, and St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated November 20, 2007.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from an order which determines the admissibility of certain evidence at trial (see Cotgreave v Public Adm'r of Imperial County, 91 AD2d 600).
