Motion by the appellant to stay his incarceration pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Rockland County, both dated December 10, 2007, a decision of the same court also dated December 10, 2007, and an order of the same court dated January 28, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
